Fully sealed in original packaging. Good condition, some minor box wear.
Interestingly, the plastic wrap specifically notes New Zealand and Australia. must have been produced specifically for the pacific.
These Senzu Blast packs contain 3 cards each, 1 promo, 1 uncommon, and 1 common. I would highly suggest this item be treated as a sealed collection piece rather than opening.
